ProCraft Phoenix LLC is look for an organized, and dependable Sales Support team member to support our sales team and assist with day-to-day customer needs. This individual has knowledge of Microsoft Office, Monday, and Magento and is responsible for providing hands on customer service. This role will also manage the daily scheduling of all pick up and deliveries of products and projects.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers with general inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate department or team member.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Assist the sales team with preparing samples, catalogs, documents, and other materials for customers.
Greet and assist customers or visitors in the showroom and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate customer training sessions, including scheduling with customers and sales representatives and preparing training materials.
Assist with customer follow-ups and communicate basic information or updates as directed by the sales team.
Help maintain and organize sales materials, samples, customer information, and related records.
Coordinate with other departments when needed to help resolve customer requests or questions.
Assist with meetings, customer visits, events, and other sales-related activities as needed.
Handle general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Be flexible and willing to assist the team wherever support is needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Basic computer skills; comfortable using email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and learning new systems.
Ability to work independently while also supporting multiple team members.
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role is preferred but not required.

Pay:

Competitive pay starting at approximately $19/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday starting 7:00am – 3:30pm.
