ProCraft Cabinetry is continuing its strategic expansion across the Midwest and Eastern U.S., and we are seeking an experienced Multi-Family Commercial Sales Manager to lead territory growth and strengthen our presence within the developer and general contractor network. This position is designed for a results-driven professional who understands the full multi-family development cycle — from budgeting and pre-construction to phased deliveries and project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand relationships with multi-family developers, GCs, and regional builders
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across the assigned territory
- Lead RFP and bid processes in collaboration with estimating and operations teams
- Manage projects from award through fulfillment, ensuring alignment between sales and production
- Drive consistent revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in multi-family or commercial construction sales
- Strong industry network within the Midwest and/or Eastern markets
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or interior building materials preferred
- Ability to manage large-scale, multi-phase developments
- Professional presence with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in construction and related fields.
- Must be a USA Citizen
- No academic education background required.
Pay Ranges:
$90,000 to $130,000 annually plus Commissions. FLSA: Salary, Exempt.
The final payment determination regarding the talent's work experiences and energy. The Commission should negotiate.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 8-hour shift per day.
Work Type:
- Full-Time. We support hybrid (Office +Work From Home)
- IL is preferred, but not mandatory.
